About the Pilot

Building something real, together.

The Human-Centered Leadership Foundations cohort is launching as a pilot program. Participants get the full experience at reduced investment, and their feedback helps shape how the program grows.

This isn't a passive online course. It's a live, interactive cohort: a small group of leaders working through the same material together, with real conversation, shared context, and a facilitator who has actually done this work inside organizations.

Each week builds on the last. By the end, participants leave with more than concepts. They have a concrete 30/60/90-day implementation plan, practical tools, and a community of peers who get it.
