Leadership Experience

Jo Burke has spent more than a decade at the intersection of human-centered care, leadership development, and organizational consulting. Her work began in the trenches: training staff, building programs, and navigating the real complexity of mission-driven organizations where the stakes are high and the resources are often thin.

As a former CEO, Jo understands what it means to lead through instability and what it costs when organizations don't have the relational systems and leadership capacity they need. That lived experience shapes everything about how she shows up with clients.

She founded Willow Springs Consulting to bring the kind of grounded, practical, human-centered support she wished had been available to her, and to the leaders and organizations she now walks alongside.
